408 yards. That’s my longest measured drive and I’ve been able to hit more than a dozen drives close to that number over the years.
My peak clubhead speed on a TrackMan is 129 mph and I average 123 mph. And I’m only 5’9”, 170 pounds and 46 years old and still carry the ball 320 in the air!
If I can do that being average size, what can YOU achieve?
I mentioned my peak clubhead speed on a TrackMan is 129 mph and I average 123 mph.
Now, that may not be too impressive when you see the long drive monsters who are now swinging at 150+ mph, but there’s one thing you have to keep in mind with today’s long drivers…
They’re not like you and me…
They’re HUUUUGGGE!
When I had my golf academy at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando for many years, Tim Burke was a member and used to nearly hit me at least twice a month as I was teaching on the back of the range - that was a 350 yard carry!
But here’s the deal, Tim is 6’6” and 240 pounds!
He can swing the club at 150 mph - now that’s fast!
But if you’re not a giant like Tim, what can YOU achieve?
Well, I’m here to tell you that you can probably swing MUCH faster than you are now and 10-20 mph is not out of the question for many!
That’s 60 extra yards off the tee that you’re leaving on the table right now!
How do I know?
Simple. I’m probably just like you.
You see, I’m only 5’9”, 170 pounds and 46 years old and still carry the ball 320 in the air!
In fact, according to the stats, I’m perfectly average - except for my swing speed!
So, how do I swing so fast while looking like I’m not putting any effort into it?
RotarySwing mechanics - that’s it.
Take a look at this warm up swing I posted on my YouTube channel last year to show you how effortless you can swing and still swing over 120 mph as a boring, middle-aged dude with scoliosis, a fused neck and nerve damage in my left arm!
One of the commenters said I looked like an LPGA player!
That’s the best compliment I could ever get because it means I’m swinging smooth, in balance and look like I’m barely putting any effort into it yet getting a huge reward in mega-distance.
So what is my secret to such effortless raw speed and control?
That’s exactly what this course is all about.
I want to share with you the tricks of the trade, my little secrets that will allow you to achieve your true club head speed potential while looking like an LPGA player!
